Free Discovery Call

Picking a new practitioner is like choosing a friend, you have to like them and 'click' in order to feel supported, and for you to get the most out of sessions. We can chat for 15 minutes before you decide to spend your money and time moving forward. If we don't click, I am happy to recommend other practitioners for you.

Initial Appointment 

All first appointments are 50-60 minutes*.

My brain works best with detail, like building a jigsaw puzzle of your life, so I like knowing what your day-to-day life look likes, clinical and medical history, what your relationship with food & body has been like throughout your life and then chat about what you're eating. All questions are optional!

Review Appointment 

Standard follow up appointments are 50* minutes and short reviews are 25* minutes. These are opportunities to chat about what has been going well, what you're struggling with and where you would like support next.

* The booking system automatically schedules appointment times in 60 and 30 minute blocks. The additional time is used to complete notes and for multidisciplinary team communication.
