Supporting Eating Disorder Recovery

Pink Cream

"We need a world that insists upon safety and dignity for all of us—not because we are beautiful, healthy, blameless, exceptional, or beyond reproach, but because we are human beings.”

SPECIALIST SERVICES

01

NEURODIVERGENCE

Neurodivergent experiences are often overlooked in discussions and treatment of eating behaviours. As a neurodivergent clinician myself, I centre this understanding in my work, ensuring my clients feel truly seen and supported. I help clients differentiate between eating behaviours that may be labelled as ‘problematic’ and those that are natural expressions of their neurodivergent wiring — allowing for a more affirming and sustainable approach to nourishment.

TRAUMA-INFORMED

03

My approach is firmly grounded in a trauma-informed perspective. Trauma shapes our identities, influences how we navigate the world, and deeply impacts our behaviours — including our relationship with food. Whether it's emotional eating or the absence of it, these patterns offer powerful insights into our past experiences and coping mechanisms. I love helping clients explore these connections with compassion, curiosity, and care, making sense of their unique journeys toward nourishment and healing.

02

SIZE-INCLUSIVE

I am deeply committed to supporting clients of all body sizes. People in higher-weight bodies face pervasive stigma and discrimination — not just in healthcare but in everyday life. Your worth is not defined by your weight. Life is challenging enough without the added burden of body judgment. It’s time we allow bodies to simply be — without shame, without assumptions, and without prejudice.

04

PERSON-CENTRED

Every individual’s life is unique, and so is their relationship with food. Rather than offering generic meal plans, I provide personalised guidance tailored to your needs, preferences, and lived experiences. Our work together is a collaborative exploration — some strategies will resonate, others won’t, and that’s completely okay. Growth isn’t linear, and embracing the messiness of this process is part of finding a way of eating that truly works for you. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to nourishment, and I’m here to support you in discovering what feels right.

Interested in Working Together?

Thank you so much for your interest — it really means a lot.

At the moment, my waitlist is full, and I’m not currently accepting new clients. While I’m not currently able to offer new appointments, things can change over time — feel free to check back in early 2026 to see if space has opened up.

If you're looking for support sooner, I’ve created a page listing a few trusted dietitians I know personally, who work in a similar way to me — with warmth, neuro-affirming values, and trauma-informed care.

Please note: I encourage you to read through their bios and areas of speciality carefully

to ensure the best fit for your needs, as everyone works a little differently.

You're always welcome here, even if it's not quite

the right time for us to work together directly 💛

I would like to respectfully acknowledge the Wurundjeri People as the Traditional Owners of the land, the Aboriginal and First Nations peoples of Australia, and pay my respects to their Elders past, present, and emerging. I also acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land where I currently work, in Naarm (Melbourne), and recognise that sovereignty was never ceded. I am grateful for the opportunity to live and work on this land and strive for cultural understanding and reconciliation.
